Validation iin CRM Webforms causes problem

I am using a set of javacripts I found on Java-Script Coder to implement some clien-side validation.  The validation error message display fine and they prevent the form submission however when I do submit the form the process fails.  The leads are not posted to zoho and my success page is not shown.  All I see is a blank webpage.with the address at the top being

Any ideas?
