Valied email getting "Invalid Email Address"

Hello -- This is going to sound far more complex than it is, so bear with me... :)

  The problem is that in order to reply, I have to use a # in the "to" field, which causes Zoho Mail to claim wrongly that it's invalid.   Their site explains it this way:


Could you please change things so it's possible to send to addresses like this, as they aren't truly invalid?  I really don't want to have to go back to my old email provider every time I need to reply via spamgourmet...
