Various Mass Email questions

I understand that there is not any way to Mass Email from criteria based on accounts, however there are a number of other potential ways if you can make this happen:

1. Email from Reports - you can create an Account / Contact report that generates the correct list, can this be used in Mass Email functionality.

2. Could you open up the ability to generate Custom Tabs, that could be related on both Account and Contact fields

3. Could you allow the ability to pull in related fields into a list view on the contact tab.

Other requests...although I can add extra email fields on a contact - I cannot use any of them in mass emailing?? What can I actually do with them in Zohocrm?
