Hello Zoho,
Let me start by simply asking.... what the hell is going on with the service this week?
I set up and manage the service for a number of small businesses that are growing. This means they are prime targets for full paid enterprise services in the next few months. My team and I have fielded more calls this week regarding email than we usually get for ALL client issues in a month.
So far... I have received complaints from every client with the following:
1. My emails are not being sent. Various email clients in use as well as your own web interface.
2. Emails show up on my phone in a matter of seconds but take hours to show up in email clients.
3. Emails with attachments that are 19MB and lower are not being sent.
4. Emails are showing up hours after being sent to me.
1... I have witnessed this for various clients. I have setup VMs and reproduction is sporadic.
2,.. I have witnessed this on the client end though I have not experienced it myself.
3... I have been on the phone with a client who constantly sends out PDFs as a standard process. Her staff has not been able to send emails that are UNDER the 20mb size limit. I am remotely logged into a machine and the service refuses to send a 19MB, a 17MB, and 18MB emails. These sizes are a total of the attachment and emails them selves.
4. Again... witnessed on client end but not effecting our teams services.
Also... why are no NDRs generated when Zoho services reject it's own client's emails from it own clients. Having these would save tons of time and would have negated my creating this post. This is the first and only service where I see this practice.
Now.... I am greatly annoyed at the moment. These problems are creating non-billable hours for clients that I still have to pay a staff for.
What do you need to troubleshoot, fix, and provide a RCA? This is making it extremely difficult to push the Zoho brand for clients that are at the point of full conversion without them bringing up Office 365 this week.
