VAT Tax Report

I'm really disappointed that Zoho Books is not yet suitable to generate a UK VAT report.
I will have to stick with my Excel format report. Even for a small business like mine Zoho Books does not have the flexibility. So you'll never attract any larger one with seriously adapting to UK tax requirements.
I do use it to generate good looking invoices, tracking payments but I was hoping it would do more.

I'd like to have VAT report groups like this from my simple spreadsheet:

VAT due on sales	1
VAT due on EC acquisitions	2
Total SUM	3
VAT on purchases	4
NET VAT pay HMRC	5
Total Value of sales	6
Total value of purchases	7
Total value (exVAT) to EC	8
Total value (exVAT) from EC	9
