I am experiencing an issue with Zoho Vault where changes I make to a password entry do not always appear immediately after saving. The updated information sometimes shows the previous value when I reopen the entry.

I have tried refreshing the Vault page and signing out and back in, but the old value can still appear temporarily. Has anyone experienced this issue, and is there a recommended way to make sure Vault displays the latest saved information?
