Vendors Tab Missing in CRM

Hi,

I had an upgraded account, I configured the system, renamed the "VENDORS" tab to "OTHER ORGANISATIONS". My upgraded account expired and I renewed it again but now it seems the "VENDORS"/"OTHER ORGANISATIONS" tab is missing.

I can see and edit the fields in the tab but it not available for me to add to the tabs list.

It has been added before, it seems there is a link missing now.

What can I do? Is there a UK support number I can call?
