Hi,
I try to have consistent information structure between Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Vendors. However I see some odd things which aren't helping. May be you could help me with Vendors and Accounts.
So, there is an email field in Vendors, but not in Accounts?
There is Company Site (I don't know exactly what is it for), but no "Vendors Company Site". I'm not talking about websites...
In the business card area, not the same fields are available for Vendors and Accounts.
We can select for vendors:
- phone
- email
- website
But we can't have the same for Accounts, only phone is available. Any reason why website field is OK for vendors, and not for accounts ? If we add email for Accounts, will it be selectable in the business card?
