Signature Panel in Zoho Sign

Signature Panel in Zoho Sign

Every document you complete in Zoho Sign is secured with digital signatures that prove who signed it and confirm it hasn't been tampered with. But if you wanted to actually inspect those signatures—the signer's certificate, the trust chain, whether anything changed after signing—you'd have to download the file and open it in a PDF reader, then come back to Zoho Sign to carry on.

Not anymore. Meet the signature panel, a space where you can validate document signatures and view full signer details, right inside Zoho Sign.

What the signature panel tells you

Open a signed document and you'll see a notice at the top confirming it's digitally signed, with a Signature panel button. Click it, and Zoho Sign runs a full validation and shows you whether each signature is valid, with a color-coded card for every signature on the document.
Expand any signature to dig into the full signature details, signature properties, and the certificate chain. It's the same depth you'd get from a desktop PDF tool, without leaving your workflow.

What this means for you

  1. No more app-switching: Skip the download-open-verify-return detour. It's all in the viewer.
  2. Audit-ready confidence: For regulated teams, clear pass/fail validation makes it easy to trust and document what you're signing.

How to use it

  1. Open a completed, digitally signed document from your Zoho Sign dashboard.
  2. Click Signature panel in the notice at the top of the document.
  3. Review each signature's properties and other details in the panel.
