Version Number NOT incrementing when taking Backups ...

This morning, when I attempted to take a Backup of one of my Applications, the Version Number remained the same as the one for the previous backup ... see attached screen image.

I asked one of my Clients to attempt a backup in his Account ... and the same thing happened to his backup.
