If you've been using the Zoho Docs desktop application, the newest update will make your experience even better. Here's the list of latest additions:

1. Sync failure event log

Identify sync errors and troubleshoot them with cues without any technical support. Now when a file or folder fails to sync, an error icon is displayed on the tray icon. Right-click the tray icon and click on the error message to display the Sync Failure Event log window. The window helps you identify the error type and provides troubleshooting cues.

For example, 'Permission Denied' error is displayed in the Event log, if a user tries to upload a file from a Shared Folder without required permission. You can click on the file name in 'Sync Failure Event log' to view the file in its location inside Zoho Docs Sync folder in your desktop or in Zoho Docs web.

After your file is successfully synced, the failure event log is automatically removed from the Sync Failure Event log window.
