Vertical Scroll bar in Zoho email listing display page

How can I get a scroll bar (vertically, over to the right) in my zoho email listing?  I want to be in the toggle layout option where your listings of email go completely over to the right edge of the screen. 

 Also when set with this layout, it is not possible to completely scroll through the email that is on display below.  I cannot read all of the email. 

Is there a setting?
