Very confused...

Hello-

I have tried the tutorials but I am having a very difficult time. I own a domain. I have added the domain to Zoho and verified.

I would like to create several mail accounts now at my domain. I would like to have it so that my_mail_account@mydomain.com works right in my Zoho superuser account.

Under Mail Administration -> Mail Accounts I see my superuser id and a link to Create Mail Account. But every time I click the link and try, i get the error "problem in creating mailid".

This is my second try at Zoho. I did this all once and then deactivated/deleted the entire account and resigned up. Could that have something to do with it?
