I post these comments as there are apparently many people that like this program, but, wow. I am amazed at how bad the initial contact was, and I hope the company realizes they may have a problem to address:
My initial call into the company was to the Sales area, and it was amazingly weak. I asked the person about 2 features I am curious about and both times he had to put me on hold and get the answer. Than the main option I desire, in order to switch to ZOHO, he first told me is not available and than after talking with an "expert" he told me it does.
Based on this answer he had another person contact me who setup a demo to show me the product. I sent to this person a detailed list of what I need in a CRM and he said thank for this list and let's get you into a demo.
The person demoing the program asked if another person named Craig was joining us, and I replied there is no Craig in my office (no big deal). Than he asked me to hit the link that was sent so I could see his screen. I proceeded to do this and advised him that the screen said it was waiting for the Presenter, to which he told me the url again and to which I replied that is the address I am on, and it still says waiting for the presenter. After 3 minutes he finally joined the session online
He than told me that the main option I am interested in was not available in their program, to which I replied to avoid wasting anymore of mine or his time we should end this demo, as I am not switching CRM's without this one option I do not currently have, and would like to have
