VERY unhappy customer!! (are we the only ones having major issues?)

Hi, we have Zoho CRM professional which we pay for and have a series of MAJOR issues with Zoho, to a point that all the investment in time, training and financial commitment seems to have been wasted!

Here are our main issues: (which prevents us from actually using Zoho)

1) The inventory templates are useless. We are a reputable company and simply cannot use the invoice/purchase order or other templates within zoho. When we design the templates they look ok (and I mean, just ok) however, when we EXPORT TO PDF the format (fonts and font sizes) all change to multiple fonts and text sizes.

After being on several web chats with Zoho support (today, Jennifer who seemed to know very little and was tediously slow) we received a template from Zoho to try. They looked at the HTML of the template we created and confirmed it was ok. Then we they tried to export to PDF they realised the issue. They sent us a template to try. THE SAME ISSUE. The template looks OK but when exporting to PDF (which is required to send on to our supplier) it changes all the text and fonts. It changes the template so much we cannot use it to interact with clients (invoices) or suppliers (purchase orders)

1b. We also added our own image to the top of our Zoho templates. Our headed paper, logo, address and contact details. This was 22k size image. When we exported to PDF the PDF size was 2.6Mb and too large to email externally. Whatever Zoho do within the export to PDF they compressed the file so we are unable to compress the exported PDF. We have subsequently had to stop using headed paper documents and resort back to just a low res copy of our logo (far from professional)

USELESS!! (Let alone to awful support and lack of knowledge within the support webchat)

Has anyone else had this issue and does anyone actually know a fix????

2) ZOHO CRM uses a standard feature with CRM databases now which is meant to capture the email and if a contact record with that matching email address sends an email it shows in their record. And visa-versa. If one of our team email a contact their email is in the contact record.

Unfortunately; when the sales team are out on the road and using the ZOHO CRM Mobile app the CRM client DOES NOT contain an email section. So, Zoho supply ZOHO Mail client. Although a nice skin within thsi client IT DOES NOT INTEGRATE WITH CRM. So the salesman sends the contact a quotation via the email; but the contact record does NOT contain the email.

3) ZOHO Invoice does not integrate with CONTACT AND ACCOUNTS in CRM - only one. Asa company we supply to businesses and individuals. Zoho Invoice is not capable of doing that so we have had to stop using Zoho invoice.

Simply put - Zoho is NOT a solution that offers an 'out-of-the-box' solution. We noticed that ZOHO CRM PLUS was just launched and again we find this an absolute con to any potential company looking at Zoho CRM.

***** The CRM database does not work with mobile/external staff ******
***** The templates exported by the CRM system are useless, unusable******
***** The support team have gone dramtically downhill in knowledge, and are SO slow *****

We cannot believe how their support and focus on customer service has dropped so low.

We see that CRM PLUS has just been launched: does thsi fix these issues? No one within ZOHO can answer this. The likelihood is "no". It clearly says on their website "Stay connected and up-to-date wherever you go. Zoho CRM Plus gives you instant access to sales, marketing, and customer support information on your iPhone, iPad and Android devices." (This is far from the truth)

They are a CRM company that have not grasped that companies are now mobile and need access from external locations without impacting functionality. If we were reviewing the CRM provided by ZOHO we would give it 1 out of 5; we would advise against deploying it within any business environment and instead suggest looking at SUGA or Salesforce: Ok they are more expensive BUT THEY WORK!!

Any advise or help to get us back on our feet would be appreciated.
