Hello,
For some reason, we cannot video or audio call in a group chat in Zoho Mail. Normal, 1 to 1 chats can still video & audio call, but I have tried many times to do video/audio calls in group chats,
and the buttons are simply not there! The video and audio buttons aren't in group chats. I hope this feature hasn't been changed/removed. I tried to sign up for an organizational Zoho Chats, but there doesn't seem to be any ability to video or audio chat at all there.
