Video Call

Hi, last week, I was able to click on my contacts in the bottom left corner in Zoho CRM. I would bring up the contact for instant messaging. I was also able to click on the video camera icon to do a video call. This week I can't initiate a video call. I click on video call and nothing happens. Did something change?
