view?

Hi - my default view has changed from applications to dashboard. I cannot change it back where all my applications are on the left pane and details are in the right pane; also email is not available in the Zoho Apps tab when I am in the dashboard view. The dashboard view is counter-intuitive to how I work. Please provide instructions on how I can reset my view to the default of applications are listed on the left pane.
