Is there a way a Standard (ie. non-Admin) user is able to view All Accounts and Contacts?  We have a user set up as Standard, but when they click on either Accounts or Contacts tab, they can only see the ones they creates (ie. the ones they "own").

 

I need them to have a way to search for any contact in our database, and view them / send them an email etc.
