View based on the criteria in a lookup field

I have a christian directory website where I have listed churches with different denominations. I want to create a form where people can search churches for one particular denomination.

I created several views based on the criteria (denomination), but doing it this way I will need to create many different views manually, so instead, I want to know how to do it based on the data entered in the form. with the lookup field.
