View Email Template without mapping formats before sending

Hi,

I have created some email templates with user fields etc, for confirming meetings, right now I can't view the final view until the sent email arrives (BCC'd) I just see the filed mapping codes, although when it is sent, it sends OK, is there a way to look at what the recipient will see BEFORE it's sent?

Sometimes you forget or don't realise some fields are not populated, and I would like to be able to edit and check the final email presentation before it gets sent to the client. Thanks...
