View Enhancements-Custom Actions

9) Bulk Edit,Delete,Duplicate and the custom actions will appear only when one or more records are selected.
If the Custom Actions only show when a record is selected there will be no visual clue that there are custom actions. The user will have no reason to select a record. They will only accidentally discover that there are custom actions if they try to duplicate or delete a record. These are rare events so in many cases the custom actions will never be seen or used.
Actually it is similar to looking at a view in edit mode. There is no visual clue about Custom Actions until you click on Custom Actions. The way Set Criteria works is better. If Criteria has been set it shows on the edit View screen without having to click on Set Criteria.
