I've downloaded the CRM trial version (Enterprise edition) and am seriously looking at paying reasonable money for a package that does what we need. I have no problem with the basic functionality of the Zoho CRM package as far as I can seem and the iPad app looks very nice.
However, the biggest function I need appears to be missing. If my team all add various calls, events, prospects etc throughout the day - I want one place to go to where the most recent activity is summarised. That way, everyone is keep up to date with what's happened that day, and can contact a colleague if they need to know more or want to contribute.
As far as I can see this is not possible. I thought I'd post a question on here before I uninstall it, just in case. Thanks to anyone who can put me right.
