View individual crm user calendars in zoho cal

So in my business we use events to schedule the delivery of services and assign them to technicians (crm users). In any given week we can have 200 events scheduled and on any given day we may have to massively reorganize and redistribute the workload.

So in the CRM calendar you cannot drag events around to change their start times but you can do this in Zoho Calendar (zcal), however, the CRM calendar appears as one single calendar without the ability to toggle the individual CRM users. 

I would rather not have to use Zoho Calendar at all because of the lag time in synchronization but the CRM calendar lacks the dragability. Is there any way I could make the calendar be more "dispatchable"? Could I use Google Calendar or something?
