View or Report on Potentials

Hi All

Looking to design a report that shows all emails, activities, notes, tasks, contacts that are related to one Potentials for a specific period of time, (usually one full month). This report will be used to show our clients what work we have done on their Potential for a specific period of time.

I will appreciate your suggestion.
