View stats and updates in CRM?

View stats and updates in CRM?

I have spent days switching from campaigns to marketing automation, and now I go to find the campaign in the CRM and there is NOTHING at all? is there any way to attach a campaign from marketing hub to a lead in the CRM?

can I do it another way? maybe using campaigns
