Within Zoho CRM, for each of our leads, contacts, and opportunities there is a section called Emails. In this section if you select from the drop-down a particular user from our organization, I (as an admin) can see the emails sent to/from that contact with our particular user. For some reason the list of users from our organization is less than the number of actual users and so I don't see everyone I'd like to in order to have visibility into the communications and customer interactions. Can this be fixed?
