We are three users with four accounts. An info account, where all initial queries will come in. They will then be assigned to one of the other three users and all correspondence would then go from the individual.

So ideally, each of the individual accounts would be able to see the info account and their own account (but not the other personal accounts) from one screen.

(How) is this possible please?
