Viewing "verbose" Email Headers By Default

Viewing "verbose" Email Headers By Default

In the mail window, be default, email headers are minimal. It just shows "from" and "to". No subject, date, etc. As below:


If I click the little triangle in the upper left corner, I can get more "verbose" headers, which is what I like. 

Is there anyway I can set the default so that when I read an email, it automatically shows me the relevant headers? At least Subject, Date and the email address of senders and receivers would be nice.
