Altho I tried to make a customized view with last name first and then first name, every view I have created defaults to "contact name" which is sorted by first name. This is a huge obstacle for me but otherwise I really like Zoho CRM. Unfortuneately, unless I can resolve this issue I can not use it. I have 15 potential users.
