I would like to be able to choose another option other than Read-Only or Disabled, such as Virtual.

And with Virtual, the field is shown on the form and avilable in rules, but NOT saved to the Database.

A use case is having multiple Large Lists of Assets, one per Region (EMEA, APAC, etc.), and then showing only the correct one for that submittal region, and then having a hidden field called Asset ID that is using the Set Value and Hide Rule to hold the value from the active region Large List, so in the Databae/All Entries, you only end up with 1 Field with Asset ID and not all the different Large List Values as well.
