Virtual Office Won't Start - Loading ZOHO Group Discussions

I have tried everything including using the batch files suggested here:

I have updated to service pack 1

I have tried starting from the command line run.bat

the startbar desktray icon always has it's options greyed out

java.exe seems to always be running at 80% of CPU time or higher

Attached is the log file from \server\default\log. Seems like a table is missing or something?
