My Visa Debit Account is my main account and is linked to my EFTPOS machine meaning that all my transaction including direct deposits from clients. Zoho books adds the feed as a Credit Card Account and there for list's it as a LIABILITY account instead of a Bank Account meaning that I cannot deposit or apply payments to that account.
EG if i go to my feed and see a direct deposit for say $500 which a client has paid me for an invoice when i click on that Transaction the window to the right of the screen opens and I can see the amount so I click on that then click match and get this error " Involved Account Types Are Not Applicable" Visa Debit Accounts are NOT Credit Card Accounts they are NOT a liability. As I said this is where my eftpos gets deposited to....Help I was about to subscribe but this is a total deal breaker. I also went into Chart Of Accounts and I cannot Change it in there either..HElp Help
