Visibility of the new lead to the ADMIN user

Visibility of the new lead to the ADMIN user

we have 5 users entering the leads into the system but as an ADMIN - I am not able to view those leads. 
Is it that only the lead owner can view the lead? I was hoping that at least the super admin should be able to view to ALL the leads

is that possible?
