Visit Reports

Visit Reports

Our existing visit reports are written in Word and contain customer / location / who seen / what was discussed / action points. It would be neat to extract all this from Zoho. We tried using Cases for the visit report: this is kind of OK but some limitations:
- can only pick one contact
- can't mailmerge the fields to make a report.
 
We thought about using the Case as a "wrapper" then creating an event under it to allow multiple people selection.
 
All of the ways we tried are clunky, anyone have any good ideas?
