vo running slow

chaps

ive been running vo on a p4 with 512mb mem for quite some time now and everything has been running very smooth. But just recently its started to run really slow, to a stage where users are having trouble logging on.

If i restart the machine its fine for a short while and then it runs very slow again. Im thinking more memory might be required

Any ideas???
