I am testing a few different IVR and Phone services.
Currently I am testing Twilio. I have a 2 part question regarding incoming calls and voicemail
Question 1. Can you just have an incoming call directly to the user without entering a prompt?
Question 2 I see that you have a missed call it will show an alert in the top right bell icon.
Is there a way you can send an email notification to the user when they have a voicemail from a lead and or contact?
I would assume it would be some workflow based on a closed activity with "Missed Call in the Subject line.
I have not figured out the best way to set this up or if it already a function in the system.
