I'm hoping someone here has some experience with using VOIP integration with ZOHO and can send a recommendation my way.
I'm looking to sign up for a voip service that can integrate with zoho crm. One of the main features I would love to have is the ability to choose from which phone number I want to call a lead from the CRM. Basically one user can cover many different areas and we want to be able to call from a local number.. so is there any service that would allow me to select the outgoing number from a pool of number I have in my VOIP account within zoho?
The most promising options I've seen so far are below, but I'm waiting on answers from them as well.. just thought maybe someone here might have had experience doing something like this. Thanks!
