Screen Pops: Comes up and stay "Calling agent..." forever.
Call Logging: The popup comes up only for outgoing calls and it remains "Calling agent..." forever, so it's failing. For incoming calls there is never popup, still there is a log in the popup integration showing all as Missed and never reach the CRM to be registered.
Click-to-Dial: It works with phone numbers in any website.
Quick-add Contacts: Incoming call have never popup, so, how can it be possible to have a call from a new customer?
Quick-add Next Action: While the popup remains "Calling agent..." it's impossible to register a Next Action ussing the integration.
Call Note Taking: Again, because the popup remains "Calling agent...." it's impossible to register a Note using the integration.
Call Time Reporting: Again the same, because the popup remains "Calling agent..." it's impossible to register call timing.
Now, Zoho says that because they can't trace the calls we need to talk to Vonage. Vonage says, because Zoho developed the integration it's an Zoho issue and they can only support until the point of a successful installation.
So we are in the middle. Is somebody getting this integration to work? We tried different computers, chrome versions, installations, extensions, etc and always the same results.
