Want a TRUE Spam Block Feature, Not Just a Spam Filter
Why can you not go one step farther in allowing us to control spam? The Option to Blacklist certain emails and domains does not go far enough - all this does is add to the number of messages that get filtered into my Spam folder. I have kept a count of the total messages identified (by Zoho & my own settings) for the last three days:
Apr 1 = 284
Apr 2 = 235
Apr 3 = 240
I do not see a way for me to add a particular email or domain to an actual Block Sender list, so I wind up going through the Spam folder several times a day to pick out any email that I might actually want to read. If there was a way to truly BLOCK some of these so that they never even reach the Spam folder, that would be wonderful!
When I had GoDaddy host my email accounts it was really easy to create Blocked Email & Blocked Domain lists, so that these never reached any of my folders, and I could actually have some control over the amount of Spam I had to deal with. I like some of the other features of Zoho Mail, like being able to sync email, contacts & calendar with our Android phones, but this Spam problem is a BIG NEGATIVE!
Please take a look at allowing us to have more control over Spam!
