We have built bespoke e mail layouts to send to our customers, as e mail layouts and not inventory.

All is ok; we are able to add the customer name, price, delivery etc etc, quotation no, but we cannot get the product description to carry over to the template.

When you look at the quote, it says product name there, but when you look at the fields that can be added to the drop down list, there is no product name available.

I have not built the templates , but am just trying to add the customization, so not sure if there is a problem with the e mail template itself?
