Want to transfer my domain as not able to host WordPress with my free .in domain

Dear Support Team,

Please let me know how I can transfer my free digitaldiscovery.in domain from zoho to another provider as I am not able to install wordpress, and current site builder is not sufficient for my requirements.

And not getting satisfactory response from support team.
