Want to upload my own website content onto my domain.com

Want to upload my own website content onto my domain.com

I have purchased a .com domain via Zoho and would like to create my own website on this URL. I created a wiki (purchased one) and when I changed to mydomain.com to primary, it was over-written and I cannot edit.

Please help!!!
