WANTED extended trial period in Zoho Books
We setup the initial books a while back, but soon after we had done some initial configurations we no longer have access to Books. We have a professional subscription to the CRM package. So we were stalled in testing. 30 days doesn't cut it.
I would like to suggest that you rethink how you want customers to engage in Books. Similarly to Zoho CRM, customers in Books should be able to enter, customize and live through the application on an unlimited trial or free basis before making the jump and committing to the paid versions.
We think this is what has made your CRM product so successful. First you try it free. You want more features? Go Professional. Want even more features? upgrade to Enterprise.
You could setup a free Books version with a limited number of transactions, with no expiry date.
This would a great strategic move for Zoho, or are you waiting to have all the bugs and functionality ironed out before you make the move?
