I have developed a PBX Application tat would track the data of Calls of my sales team with the Leads. Now, i wanted zoho to generate a Report on a timely basis regarding the duration of the calls by auto identifying the Contact/Lead related to the Called Number...In short, I wanted zoho to identify the contact name associated to the phone number in the Contacts module by reading the data that is obtained from the PBX Application as an input.

For this, I wanted to know, whether i can send the data of the calls from my PBX App to Zoho CRM or Not? If possible, how can i do that? Please help me with this.
