Wanting to add an "attachment" section to my "Quotes" page layout

Wanting to add an "attachment" section to my "Quotes" page layout

We do not build quotes within our quotes section in Zoho but would like to be able to attach our quotation documents in the Quotes section and still link those attachments to specific projects. Is this possible?
