Wanting to move from Quickbooks Enterprise

Wanting to move from Quickbooks Enterprise

I really like the Zoho Books layout, the integration with the CRM is better although still clunky (finance invoices/sales orders in the CRM aren't the same as the non-finance invoices/sales orders, but I am guessing in time that'll be resolved)...

The system seems to do what we need - accounting, project management, supplier management, invoicing/sales orders, case management, crm - I mean it really functions the same as a full ERP system.

I've evaluated a few of the bigger ERP's...  Acumatica, Netsuite, Dynamics for Operations...  For what I need, it seems Zoho will work....for soooo much less money.

One thing that hurts badly - lack of payroll or even 3rd party integration..  That is something they really need to fast track as I've seen posts dating back years.

Is anyone doing manual journal entries for payroll with success?

We are at about 9 employees, approx 1.75 million in sales.  Some light manufacturing, need for inventory control...  I don't need multi-currency, multi-facility, global mumbo jumbo...

Am I wrong for seriously considering this?  Should I be looking at a bigger system like Netsuite?
