i am trying to integrate my woocommerce store to zoho analytics. for months now every time i tried, we are gettings thosands of:
in our logs and getting sync failed.
I have contacted support by email for few times in the last few months, and the latest reply I got is:
We are still checking the possibilities of solving this problem. As I mentioned during our meeting, this is happening as data being passed in Woocommerce API is not in the format Zoho Analytics expects.
I am using native woocommerce, with the built in analytics connector (with the api key and secret).
full data fetch was suggested everytime i want to sync data but it does not always work either and i am not willing to do it every time, as the whole point of this is the data flowing "live".
also contacted woocommerce support few times, they say it has nothing to do with woocommerce.
also the errors log is flooded with the zoho analytics errors which also i don't like.
