Way to schedule non-service items
I am considering using FSM, but it seems like it would create a need to bounce back and forth between FSM and calendars apps. It would be nice to use this as the company calendar. However, the pricing is based on appointments, which seems odd. We put stuff on the calendar like phone calls, order pickups, staff meetings, reminders, supply runs etc. Nothing we bill for or would create a work order for. I don't see a way to put things on the calendar that aren't service appointments. Having to crosscheck calendars makes this unusable. It looks like it doesn't even sync with calendars unless you use APIs. Am I missing something?
