We are a b2b business. Most of our leads do not have last names - it's a required field.

The only way that I can see around this (which I think is crazy because why does Zoho require a last name??) is putting in my own work arounds, which affect other functions like tasking and once I convert a lead into a potential or an account.  Any help is appreciated!  I'd love to see this NOT mandatory...  because the task ends up not having the company name - only the lead name, and if you follow what Zoho tells you to do which is put a '-' if you don't have a last name, then your tasks have no company names associated and even if you click the blue 'link' you don't go back to the lead itself.  

Rather disappointing - I just moved our company to Zoho but never would have thought this would be a concern.
